As we respond to the rapidly evolving situation related to COVID-19, Family House is committed to supporting all efforts to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our families. We continue to serve patients and caregivers yet Family House is facing a significant drop in volunteer-organized services and resources, such as meals, and pantry and personal care donations.

Family House volunteers play a critical role in making our houses a home. All of our volunteers provide support and hope to those seeking medical care in unfamiliar surroundings. Our individual or house volunteers work in tandem with our house managers to greet guests, give them tours of our facilities, set up rooms, and prepare guest check-in binders. House volunteers are integral in helping to create that “home away from home” atmosphere that Family House strives to provide for its guests.
