Family House offers guests transportation to and from area hospitals and cancer centers through both regular courtesy shuttle and select ridesharing services seven days a week.
Beginning May 1, 2026, roundtrip rideshare transportation arranged by Family House will be available ONLY for the following hospital locations:
- Allegheny General Hospital
- West Penn Hospital
- UPMC Children’s Hospital
For all other destinations, self-pay Uber rides will continue to be available. Learn more here.
