The 41st Annual Family House Polo Match will be held Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Hartwood Acres (4000 Middle Road, Allison Park, PA. 15101).
For 40 years, the Annual Family House Polo Match has been a beloved tradition that raises critical funds to provide a “home away from home” for thousands of families who travel to Pittsburgh for medical care annually. Each year, this event draws over 3,000 spectators for a fanciful, fun-for-the-whole-family experience complete with a professional polo match, tailgating, food and drink, live music, shopping, children’s activities, and more!
What started in 1983 as a simple idea to raise money for the first Family House facility has grown into one of the most anticipated annual traditions in Pittsburgh.

All “General Admission Parking” will be through the North Entrance.
Only “On-Field Parking” designated as “South” will enter the South Entrance.

10:00 a.m. — Gates Open

1:00 p.m. — Polo Match Opening Ceremonies
1:30 p.m. — Polo Match Begins #1 Cochran Potomac Polo Club vs. Howard Hanna Real Estate Services Pittsburgh Polo Club
2:15 p.m. — Half-Time: Divot Stomp and The Sewickley Hunt Historic Parade
3:00 p.m. — Silent Auction Closes
3:45 p.m. — Post-Match Awards Ceremony
4:00 p.m. – Live Music from Smokin’ Section

Here’s what you need to know to place your tout on the winning Family House Polo Match team and total goals scored:
- Purchase Your Tout: Cost is $10 for one (1) tout or $20 for three (3).
- Fill Out Your Tout Card: Find one of our roaming tout volunteers!
It’s that simple! Betting stops as soon as the match begins, so be sure to get your touts submitted early and often!
Money in the “cash pot” will be split between the winner(s), with a percentage of proceeds going to support Family House.
